Remove ErrorSafe

What is ErrorSafe?

ErrorSafe is promoted on its homepage as an All-In-One suite that safeguards your system by cleaning Windows registry, fixing damaged files, running disk cleanup and detecting hard drive errors.

ErrorSafe is actually a rogue program that uses an intrusive adware infection to promote its software. Adware is a term used to describe software that displays advertisements and is often installed without the user's consent. Once your machine is infected with ErrorSafe's adware, pop-ups are displayed that mimic normal Windows dialogue boxes which are designed to prompt you into downloading ErrorSafe to scan for possible registry and file problems. The infection can be installed on your machine serepticiously via bundled freeware programs. To stop the pop-ups, all traces of the adware infection needs to be thoroughly removed from your system.
