Licensees will have the right to negotiate sub-licenses in all the
countries where the subject language is spoken, and may even deal with

the gross income from AdMail delivered to MoneyKey users through the Dash
Post Office, breaks it into a pro rata share for every active Tool user in
the ARP.
Qualification: 3 others must register on your site,
then download and use the Tool to view AdMail at least 10 times during the
reporting month.

Pro.
Qualification: One referral: Basic
Commissions; Second Referral: First Match Bonus; Third Referral: Second
Match Bonus. You receive $1 for every sale made to Distributors in
your MSC Circle and $1 for every paid-up Distributor in the MSC Circles of
your personal referrals and $1 for every paid up Distributor in the
Circles of their personal referrals.To continue receiving

What is MoneyKey Investors Club? |

Purpose: To provide Distributor's with a DashTool that
offers many more financial services and products, and to enable MIC
Distributors to earn a monthly commission on sales.
Tool: MIC Tool
Cost: $120 per annum, payable annually, quarterly
or monthly.
Compensation: ARP, MSC and MIC Basic
Commissions. Pays $1 for every user in your MIC Circle during every
reporting month. Your account must be up-to-date to receive monthly
payments. If your account is not up-to-date, you forfeit that
month's payment to the Company. You can bring your account
up-to-date, and qualify for the next reporting month.
Qualification: Must be paid up MK Classic or MK
Pro.

What is MoneyKey Elite? |

Purpose: To provide a high-income business opportunity
for Distributors who can combine Internet and street-level marketing to
develop very large downlines, and to market branded Tools to community
groups and businesses who will distribute Tools to their customers and/or
members.
Tool: Elite Tool
Cost: $1188/annum, payable in annually, quarterly
or monthly.
Compensation: ARP, MSC, MIC and Elite. Elite
payouts are calculated in the same way as MSC, but they are paid
monthly.
Qualification: Must be paid up MoneyKey Investor

How much money can I earn in MoneyKey? |
| A. |
There is
no structural cap on your earnings. Each Circle in each program is a
3 x 6 forced matrix that has the potential to hold 1092 other
Distributors. So, there is a maximum amount of Basic Commissions you
can earn. In MSC, MIC and Elite, your Basic Commissions are based on
$1 for every "active" paid up member in your Circles. That means
that your one time MSC payout can only reach $1092 for MSC, and that your
monthly Basic Commissions in MIC and Elite can only reach
$1092/month.
However, in MSC and Elite (not MIC), you can earn a Double
Match Bonus. Your FMB is based on the Basic Commissions we pay your
personal referrals, and your SMB is based on the Basic Commissions we pay
their personal referrals. And while the BC we pay each
Distributor is limited, we do not limit the number of people you can
refer.
If you refer 3 Distributors who refer 3 Distributors and
you all receive a maximum leve of BC, your income as a MoneyKey Pro
Distributor can be:
Your Basic Commissions = $1092 USD
Your Personal
Referral's BC = $1092 x 3 = $3276 USD
Their Personal Referral's BC = 9
x $1092 = $9828 USD
Total = $14,196
If you earn all your Basic Commissions in MIC you can earn
another $1092 per month. On this simple 3 x 3 referral plan, your
monthly payout in Elite is the same as your one-time payout in MSC -
potentially $14,196/month. But - if you get more personal referrals,
and they get more personal referrals, the numbers can
explode. |

Do I have to fill a Circle to get paid? |

Absolutely
not. As long as you are qualified, you'll get paid Basic Commissions
for all the paid-up active members in your Circles. So, if you have 1092,
great! But, if you only have 10, or 25 or 50, or 300 or 600 - you
get paid based on that number. |

When do I get paid? |

Once a
month provided you have earned the minimum amount for your pay-out
option. If you want to be paid by check, you have to earn at least
$50. If you want to be paid through PayPal or E-Gold you have to
earn a minimum of $25. |

The Circle of

Circle of Influence is the basic 3 x 6 "forced" matrix we use to calculate
the Basic Commissions we pay to all our Distributors in all our
programs. |

does it work? |

When you join a program, you join the Circle of your sponsor in
that program. But, you also start to build your own Circle. Each of
your Circles has you at the Center, and 6 orbits radiating out. Each
orbit has 3x's the number of Distributors as the one closer to you.
Because each orbit can only have a certain number of Distributors, new
Distributors are "forced" into the next outer orbit. You can receive
Distributors from your upline sponsors (spill), but your own personal
referrals are also added to the Circle, as are the personal referrals of
your downline. |

Upgrading from one program
to another |

When may upgrade to a higher level program? |

Anytime you wish. However, to upgrade from MoneyKey Classic
or MoneyKey Pro to MoneyKey Investors Club, you must be paid-up.
Similarly, you can only upgrade from MK Investors Club to Elite if your
Club membership account is current. |

What happens if my referral upgrades before I do? |

Your personal referral is always your personal referral. So,
if one of your personal referrals upgrades before you do, and you upgrade
later, you will be "below" them in the Circle, but you will still get the
Double Match on them. |
